The carbonating mineral cleaners penetrate deep into the base of the carpet, literally exploding dirt and grime off of the fiber's surface. Then, we select the appropriate cleaning tool to thoroughly remove these dirty particles.

Spots reappear in the same place after cleaning for two reasons. 1) They were never thoroughly removed in the first place and the soaps used and/or the uncleaned sticky substance collects more dirt; or 2) The unwanted material is forced down below the surface of the carpet, often by a high pressure steam cleaning unit - only to "wick" back up as the carpet dries.

P&G Chem-Dry thoroughly removes stains quickly and efficiently - without causing more problems in the process. And because we apply our solutions so sparingly, without high pressure, wicking is not a problem. And if, for some uncharacteristic reason a spot does reappear, then we'll reappear too - until the problem is rectified.
